new recipe---"Juicy Hamburgers"

This is straight off the WW site. They were GREAT! Just had to share the recipe. I'm trying something new here! :) Kevin really liked them too, as did the kids. I can't wait to have them on the grill this summer. We fried them inside last night on the stove.

Try them out...I'm sure you'll like it!

Juicy Hamburgers

POINTS® Value: 5
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 8 min
Cooking Time: 10 minLevel of Difficulty: Easy

This Worcestershire sauce- and garlic-spiked burger recipe is part of our Perfectly Simple series.

Ingredients:
1 sprays cooking spray
1 pound uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
4 reduced-calorie hamburger roll(s)

Instructions:
Coat a large griddle, outdoor grill rack or stovetop grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.
In a large bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1-inch thick each. (To retain juiciness, be careful not to overwork the meat.)
Place burgers on hot griddle or grill and cook 5 minutes per side for medium (or longer until desired doneness).
Serve burgers on buns with your favorite 0 POINTS value toppings.

Notes:
Simply add a few highly flavored ingredients to lean ground beef and you can enjoy tasty burgers in minutes. Great toppings for these juicy patties include tomato and red onion slices, pickles and spicy mustard.

If you try them out, let me know what you think! :)
